Workshop: Intersectionality. Transcending Binaries

Montag, 14.03.2016

Konzept: Nassim Balestrini und Ulla Kriebernegg. Mit Sally Chivers, Maureen Daly Goggin, Susanne Hamscha and Simon Daniel Whybrew | 14.03.2016

This interactive workshop on intersectionality introduces the social concept
of identity as fluid, fueled by and through multiple, often discordant,
configurations of gender, race, sexuality, class, age, ability. Following papers,
participants will have an opportunity to construct their own understanding of
intersectionality via multiple modes – visual, verbal, body movement, and so
on – in small groups. This promises to be an exciting workshop for all.
